Washing your hands can protect you and your loved ones.
Respiratory viruses like coronavirus disease (COVID-19) spread when mucus or droplets containing the virus get into your body through your eyes, nose or throat. Most often, this happens through your hands. Hands are also one of the most common ways that the virus spreads from one person to the next.
During a global pandemic, one of the cheapest, easiest, and most important ways to prevent the spread of a virus is to wash your hands frequently with soap and water.
Here’s everything you need to know about how to wash your hands the right way:
1. How do I wash my hands properly?
To eliminate all traces of the virus on your hands, a quick scrub and a rinse won’t cut it. Below is a step-by-step process for effective handwashing.
Step 1: Wet hands with running water
Step 2: Apply enough soap to cover wet hands
Step 3: Scrub all surfaces of the hands – including back of hands, between fingers and under nails – for at least 20 seconds.
Step 4: Rinse thoroughly with running water
Step 5: Dry hands with a clean cloth or single-use towel
2. How long should I wash my hands for?
You should wash your hands for at least 20-30 seconds. An easy way to time it is by singing the full happy birthday song, twice

Does breast milk soap goes bad?

Good morning I have frequently  have an enquiry from my customer asking if the Bm Soap / breastmilk soap will goes bad?
Here's some answer hopefully can help u  more understanding regarding handmade breastmilk soap
πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
Because milk is an substituted for water in full /partial
It will not goes bad as long the soap bar goes to proper procedure  to cure fully before being package or sold it.
It's require 1.5 month time to finish the chemical process (lye)  from turning fat and oil into salts and loosing any water weights
And extremely high ph level enough to kill any Lingering pathogen and or prevent new one from growing.

What is breastmilk soap good for?

WHAT IS BREASTMILK SOAP GOOD FOR?
Does this question is always pop out on your head?
We know now the many benefits of breastfeeding and breastmilk to baby, but do you know just how much breastmilk benefits the skin when applied topically not just for baby but for you too?
Here is some benefit
Because breastmilk soap is actually soap made with your breastmilk mixed with non-GMO and organic oils,
πŸŽ‰To moisturize skin
πŸŽ‰To relieve itchy skin from eczema, bites, and hives
πŸŽ‰Breast milk also contains lactic acid, a form of alpha-hydroxy acid which is a natural skin exfoliant
.πŸŽ‰ It also has lactoferrin, which is a good anti-inflammatory and helps to shed the outer layer of the skin and unclog pores,”
For moms who would simply like to make use of their excess breast milk or breast milk that has already past the expiration date for consumption, breast milk soaps are an alternative way in which their babies and themselves can still make use of its benefits.
